Parts are usually priced fairly, quality of work is high, inhouse labor is on the higher end of acceptable.However be careful doing a call out (breakdown service) and confirm the minimum fees, just because they have a service truck literally passing by from a job returning to base (travel already paid for), you will very likely get charged minimum 4hrs hours and travel.

Marco serviced and repaired my much loved 10 year old Saeco Syntia machine. When the grinder stopped working I thought I would have to buy a new machine. It was fixed quickly and returned sparkling clean and looking like a new machine.He is a honest guy and will tell you if your machine is worth fixing or if you need to buy a new one.

Marco didn't fix my coffee machine but gave great advice and was super friendly. If ever get a coffee machine that fits within his service remit I will be definitely be calling him if it needs repairing. This is not a bad review at all, far from it. It's not his fault I chose a stoopid coffee machine brand!
